In this role, you’ll:
- Assist providers with administrative tasks that directly impact patient care.
- Support operations across multiple facilities.
- Ensure accurate and efficient handling of patient information.
At Age Management of West Michigan, our Clerical Medical Assistants are a vital part of the care team. Our Medical Assistants work hand in hand with our providers to assist our patients in understanding how to improve their health through education, traditional medicine and functional medication.

Pay is based upon experience
Essential Job Functions:
1. Prepare & assist Providers with patient care, including gathering medical histories & other necessities
2. Review concerns, lab test results, and encounter forms for completeness and to assess follow-up as needed.
3. Make provider documentation available to facilities for their charts.
4. Perform other clerical tasks and clinical care as assigned by the Practice Manager.
5. The ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
6. Proficient in navigating computer systems.
7. Solid written and verbal communication skills.
8. Teamwork, dependability, can work independently, great bedside manner, follows all safety precautions, and the ability to work in a very fast-paced and ever-changing office environment.
Qualifications:
- High level of computer experience required.
- Google drive experience preferred
- Epic experience is preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
