What are the responsibilities and job description for the Data and Process Improvement Specialist position at Age Well?
The Data and Process Improvement Specialist provides essential support for executing the organization's data strategy. This position focuses on meeting the organization’s immediate and ongoing reporting needs by playing a hands-on role in deploying ad-hoc and scheduled reports. This role assists the Data Strategy Lead with realizing the organization’s data strategy by enhancing data access, improving data integrity, optimizing reporting, and fostering a data-driven culture. Additionally, the specialist contributes to process improvement initiatives that streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency.

Tools/Technology Requirements:
· Proven background in data analysis and reporting using MS Excel
· Experience with ETL processes using Power Query
· A foundational understanding of SQL Programming (PostgreSQL) and relational databases
· Experience with Power BI is desirable
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 including Teams and SharePoint
· Familiarity with process improvement methodologies
Education:
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Analytics, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related discipline) or equivalent relevant experience required
