Customer Service- 2nd shift

Location : Springfield, OH

Hours : Sunday- Thursday 5pm- 1 : 30am

Customer Service Rep

  • Computer experience and Customer Service experience is the main thing. Big Plus excel, ERP LN / Baan, Power Point.

This position works primarily in LN (Baan upgrade) to process Sales Orders clearing all fatals / issues.

  • This position works with Engineering / Supply Chain / IT to resolve the errors.
  • Updates will be made to line set and non-line set orders enabling us to send correct EDI requirements to Suppliers.
  • May be required to process the same order multiple times to clear errors.

    • Other systems include but are not limited to CVT / EOFF / PBA / Pharos / CDMS / Flexis.

  • Extensive training will be provided.
  • Detail oriented candidates only. ERP-LN experience preferred.
