Maintenance Supervisor – 3rd Shift (Full-Time)
Location : [Schaumburg]
Pay : $82,000 - $85,000 per year
Schedule : 8-hour shifts | 3rd Shift | Monday – Friday | Overtime & Weekends as needed

A leading baking company is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and lead our 3rd shift maintenance team . This role is ideal for an experienced maintenance professional with strong leadership skills, troubleshooting expertise, and a background in high-speed production equipment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise and lead the 3rd shift maintenance team to ensure smooth plant operations.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and industrial equipment .
- Oversee maintenance of power transmissions, variable speed drives, servos, basic I / O, and machine control systems .
- Utilize CMMS to schedule and track maintenance tasks.
- Collaborate with other departments to prioritize and address maintenance needs .
- Maintain safety and compliance standards in all maintenance procedures.
Qualifications :
Minimum 5 years of maintenance management or supervisory experience .
Expertise in high-speed production equipment and troubleshooting mechanical / electrical systems .
Experience in a manufacturing environment (bakery experience is a plus).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve technical challenges.
Basic computer skills required ; CMMS experience is a plus.
Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently .
