About the Role

The Service Delivery Manager is a key part of the leadership team at Scalabrini Village, Bexley. This role will manage and monitor all operational services and is a significant contributor to both client and staff experience. Reporting into the Village Manager, you will take ownership and empower your team with accountability for the successful delivery of all services including customer experience, administration and day-to-day running of operations at Bexley. This role is for 12 months maternity leave cover with a possibility of an extension.

Responsibilities :

  • Coordinate and manage the needs of the staff, including roster planning and recruitment;
  • Supporting the Village Manager with onsite retirement living at Scalabrini Bexley;
  • Work with the Sales Team to coordinate village tours for new clients;
  • Supervise and coordinate the maintenance team to ensure the village and new rooms are presentable;
  • Assist the village manager with day to day operational requirements of the village;
  • Support with Village Manager with the ongoing maintenance works at the village;
  • Coordinate and supervise the administration team.
  • Return to Work Coordinator for the site.

The successful candidate will have :

  • Demonstrated ability to manage varied and conflicting demands;
  • The ability to identify and implement the on-going development of operational processes;
  • Experience with rostering staff to ensure all services for care workers meet resident needs;
  • The ability to manage workforce planning initiatives including recruitment and onboarding for new staff members;
  • Contribution to the business strategy through recommendations that drive operational excellence;
  • Proven ability to manage and initiate recruitment activity for staff as required;
  • Strong client relationship-building skills;
  • Previous experience in Aged Care;
  • Understanding of the Aged Care Standards;
  • Understanding of EmpLive rostering system or similar;
  • Understanding of the return-to-work process and requirements.
