Key Responsibilities :
- Relationship Building : Connect with families, residents, and service providers to ensure the highest quality of care.
- Team Leadership : Foster a teamwork-driven environment by mentoring and empowering staff. You'll lead hiring, onboarding, and performance management, and ensure staff feel supported.
- Community Management : Maintain excellent service delivery across all areas, promoting our award-winning personalized care.
- Financial Oversight : Manage budgets and census levels while working closely with marketing and corporate teams to ensure ethical use of funds.
- Collaboration : Work cross-functionally with other Agemark properties and support teams nationwide to implement best practices.
