Do you have a passion for working with seniors and a heart for Memory Care? Agemark Senior Living is hiring an Executive Director for CountryHouse in Kearney, NE. In this role, you’ll lead the entire operation of the community, managing staff, overseeing financials, and building relationships with residents' families and loved ones. You will also play a key role in fostering community involvement and sharing Agemark's story locally.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Relationship Building : Connect with families, residents, and service providers to ensure the highest quality of care.
  • Team Leadership : Foster a teamwork-driven environment by mentoring and empowering staff. You'll lead hiring, onboarding, and performance management, and ensure staff feel supported.
  • Community Management : Maintain excellent service delivery across all areas, promoting our award-winning personalized care.
  • Financial Oversight : Manage budgets and census levels while working closely with marketing and corporate teams to ensure ethical use of funds.
  • Collaboration : Work cross-functionally with other Agemark properties and support teams nationwide to implement best practices.

Qualifications :

  • Experience : Prior experience in senior living management or a related field is required.
  • Education : A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience managing teams and budgets.
  • Tech-savvy : Comfortable with technology, including MS Office 365 and other web-based tools.
  • Problem-solving : Strong planning and prioritization skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Communication : Exceptional ability to engage with team members, families, and the local community.
