This role requires evenings, nights and or weekends along with possessing a Maryland License
The way to enjoy your time as a Med Aide:
- Use your 40-hour Medication Aide certification to understand dosage and terminology to help the residents.
- Utilize your computer skills, and track medication provided to the resident in the system.
- While interacting and engaging residents with activities, observe, monitor, and report any side effects or concerns as needed.
- Assist with activities of daily living with a willingness to be coached.
- Strong English communication skills are essential for seamless interaction with residents and colleagues.
- A positive attitude with high integrity, great problem-solving, and strong communication.
