Main objective:
Bring, identify and select the right talent to meet the needs of the organization, ensuring that selected candidates have the necessary skills, experience and cultural fit to contribute to the success of the company. Additionally, the recruiter must optimize the hiring process to ensure a positive experience for both candidates and the organization, shortening hiring times and maintaining candidate satisfaction and commitment.
Main responsabilities:
- Write and publish job descriptions on portals, social networks and company sites.
- Use various sources to attract talent, such as job boards, professional networks and internal databases.
- Review and sort resumes to identify candidates who meet position requirements.
- Conduct preliminary interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Schedule competency-based selection interviews with decision-makers.
- Perform and verify employment references of preselected candidates to ensure the hiring of talent that demonstrates excellence in performance and is aligned with our organizational values.
- Apply technical, psychometric or competency tests according to the requirements of the position.
- Negotiate working conditions with the selected candidate and present the formal offer of employment.
- Maintain a pool of viable candidates for previously identified critical positions in order to anticipate future talent needs.
- Continually provide updates to your internal clients regarding recruiting and hiring progress.
- Maintain detailed records of the selection process in internal management platforms.
- Participate in the onboarding process to ensure the new employee integrates successfully.
Requirements:
- Professional career completed in Administration, Industrial Relations, Business Management or Psychology oriented to the organizational field.
- Minimum experience of 1 year in recruitment position
- Knowledge in the management and use of employment platforms.
