What are the responsibilities and job description for the Insurance Customer Service Representative - CSR position at Agency 10 Insurance?
Responsibilities (not limited to or complete list):
- Work as an efficient, customer service focused, team player with agency employees and customers
- Assist clients with coverage changes, billing, claims, quoting, re-marketing, etc.
- Currently is a Minnesota licensed insurance agent for property and casualty
- Document all details of interactions with customers
- Understands multiple insurance companies’ insurance policies, requirements, and procedures
- Provides service to Personal and Business customers
- Following up with customers until all needs met
- Liaise with other employees and insurance companies and provide support to them
- Receive visiting customers and provide them with necessary assistance.
- Manage and protect the reputation of the company
- Maintain strong clientele relationship with customers
Qualifications:
- Effective communication skills – both verbal and non-verbal.
- Must always be friendly and willing to provide assistance to others (clients and in the office)
- Computer and typing skills (Microsoft Office Suite, Partner XE, EZLynz and multiple carrier online tools)
- Must be punctual and a team player at all times
- Ability to cope in a busy, independent agency job environment (working with multiple insurance companies and customers)
- Ability to multi-task
- If not a Minnesota licensed Property and Casualty agent, will get licensed during first 3 months of employment (Agency 10 Insurance will pay for this)

Pay: $37,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
