As an Insurance Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in serving our clients and promoting our comprehensive range of insurance products. This is a challenging yet rewarding position for individuals who are passionate about helping others protect their assets and achieve financial security. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs.
- Educating clients on various insurance products and coverage options.
- Servicing existing clients and assisting sales producers with various duties
- Quotes and binding coverage
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients throughout the sales process and beyond.
- Staying updated on industry trends, products, and regulations to offer informed advice to clients.
Requirements:
- Exceptional communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
