We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing customer service via in person, phone, and emails along with other clerical duties. This role requires excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.

Qualifications:
Prior customer service experience.
Excellent oral and written communication.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in data entry and computer systems.
Experience in sales is beneficial.
Knowledge of personal lines insurance products is advantageous.
Hours:
This position is 5 days per week.
Full time will be Monday - Thursday between 8:30am - 5 pm and Friday 8:30am - 4pm.
Candidate may choose as low as 25 hours per week and must work until 5pm, Monday - Thursday and Friday until 4pm.
**You will be required to obtain your state insurance license within a timely matter. We will pay for the necessary pre-licensing classes. Online classes will be held during business hours.

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
