Job Description
- Manage the life cycle R&D projects and product delivery by planning, organizing, executing and evaluating from conception to completion.
- Lead project scoping with internal and external stakeholders to establish communication plans, build project schedules and establish clear project deliverables and milestones.
- Ensure successful delivery of project scope and targets while managing project risk, quality, delivery, scope, schedule, and budget.
- Collaborate and motivate project team members in the design, development, and delivery of R&D solutions to customers.
- Drive design / process validation testing and ensure compliance to project lifecycle governance requirements.
- Demonstrate a good level of understanding of technical / engineering processes in managing project development with project teams.
- Manage and implement project changes and interventions to achieve project deliverables and mitigate risk.
- Create and maintain project records in the Project Management System.
