What We Are Looking For
We are seeking a Junior Agent, Talent Brand Partnerships to join the IAG Strategic Marketing and Brand Partnerships division to help secure sponsorship opportunities for the company's diverse roster of entertainment talent and identify new business verticals. This individual considers themselves an expert in all things pop culture and recognizes the value that comes with operating within the environment of a full-service talent agency.
An ideal candidate must be a strong multitasker who is detail-oriented and has great follow through, as they will be tasked with end-to-end deal execution for client partnerships. Initiative and collaboration are two of the core elements of this position's responsibilities - you must be able to work independently and as a part of the larger department team, with a willingness to jump in on projects of all sizes.
Duties
- Generate, cultivate and implement branding opportunities for company's existing client roster
- Proactively pitch opportunities to appropriate contacts in the marketplace based on client needs (i.e. brands, ad agencies, marketing companies, PR firms, etc.)
- Build and maintain strong knowledge of IAG's agents, growth strategy, and A-list talent across film, television, music, and comedy
- Develop, manage and nurture new business partnerships along with client relationships
- Stay informed of industry trends, events and deals with an eye for exploring opportunities to develop existing clients' business
- Serve as a representative for clients when negotiating a new deal, contract extensions or identifying branded opportunities
