Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting clients with inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining a balanced cash drawer.
  • Perform data entry tasks to update customer records and maintain accurate information in the system.
  • Analyze customer feedback and provide insights for improving service quality.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain an organized office environment and assist with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Promote sales by providing customers with information about products and services that meet their needs.

Experience

  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency in office operations, including data entry and computerized systems.
  • Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail.
  • Bilingual candidates (English plus another language) are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers.
  • Ability to analyze situations quickly and provide effective solutions while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Experience in sales or retail environments is a plus but not mandatory.
