We’re growing fast and looking for an Inside Sales Representative to own the full sales cycle for inbound leads and mid-market SaaS companies. If you have a consultative sales style, an interest in cybersecurity and compliance, and love helping customers solve complex problems, we’d love to talk.
What You’ll Do
✅ Conduct qualification calls to understand customers’ compliance needs.
✅ Give product overviews and consult SaaS companies on the fastest way to achieve SOC 2, ISO 27001, or HIPAA compliance.
✅ Own the full sales cycle, from the first meeting to closing deals (Startup & mid-market).
✅ Partner with our teams to convert high-intent internal and partner generated leads and educate prospects on compliance pain points.
✅ Work with solutions engineers (as needed) for more complex compliance discussions.
✅ Use CRM (HubSpot) to track pipeline, forecast revenue, and hit quota.
✅ Stay up-to-date on compliance trends and how they impact our customers.
What We’re Looking For
- 1-3 years of sales experience (SDR, BDR, or ISR roles), ideally in GRC, SOC2, Audit, or Cybersecurity
- Experience in B2B SaaS sales, cybersecurity, or compliance is a plus.
- Strong consultative selling skills—able to educate customers, not just pitch.
- Experience managing a pipeline and hitting quota.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced startup environments.
