Remote Inside Sales Representative

The New England division of Globe Life is seeking a highly motivated and experienced inside sales representative to join their team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will drive sales through proactive customer engagement and building lasting relationships. You will handle a portfolio of accounts, identify new sales opportunities, and provide excellent customer service. This remote position offers flexibility and the opportunity to work from home.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products and services
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction
• Identify sales opportunities and effectively present key features and benefits of our products
• Follow up on leads and maintain a pipeline of potential customers
• Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and implement effective sales techniques
• Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitors' offerings
• Provide regular reports on sales activities and progress to sales management
  
  

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative, Sales Representative, or similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
• Self-motivated and target-driven with a results-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
• Proficient in using CRM software to track and manage sales activities
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus
