Construction Laborer Apprentice

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Laborer/Apprentice to join our team. This position offers an opportunity to learn and grow within the construction industry. The ideal candidate will work between 20 to 40 hours per week, depending on their skill set and ability to learn new tasks. This position offers the potential for full-time employment as soon as the candidate demonstrates the necessary skills and becomes a valuable asset to the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain job sites to ensure a safe and organized work environment.
• Assist carpenters and other skilled tradespeople with various tasks.
• Perform painting and finishing work as needed.
• Load and unload materials and equipment.
• Complete any additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications:

• Clean-cut appearance and professional demeanor.
• Honest, dependable, and trustworthy.
• Positive attitude with no anger management issues.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Quick learner with a willingness to take on new challenges.
• Must have dependable transportation to and from job sites.
• Willingness to undergo a background check. No felony record.
• Zero tolerance policy for drugs and alcohol on or around the job site.
