Requirements:
- Experience hiring, training, leading, and transitioning employees.
Tasks and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Champion for the clinic P&L.
- Champion the clinic operations manual and implementing updates.
- Cross-train with staff and able to step in to help when needed.
- Maintain relationships with staff, patients, vendors and other professionals.
- Champion for technology used in the office to include accounting, scheduling, point-of-sale and medical record software.
- Process payroll, ensuring payroll filings and taxes are completed in a timely manner.
- Manage employee benefits such as 401k, ROTH, Perks.
- Record Quickbook transactions and perform bank reconciliations.
- Generate and prepare reports from accounting software, point-of-sale systems, etc.
- File and pay Sales and UseTax.
- Maintain inventory and order supplies, products and supplements.
- Make bank deposits.
- Check for incoming/outgoing communications including faxes, emails, messages, etc.
- Handle mailing and shipping items for patients.
- Complete or oversee special projects.

Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
