About the Position
We are seeking an experienced litigation paralegal to join our team in Los Angeles, CA. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced litigator to work on a wide range of cases, from pre-litigation to trial, and develop their skills in areas such as legal document preparation, damage summaries, and communication with clients and other professionals.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years' experience in litigation, with a solid understanding of California law and its application in the context of insurance defense. You will be responsible for assisting attorneys with legal document preparation and review, preparing damage summaries and communicating with clients and other professionals, conducting legal research and providing recommendations, reviewing and analyzing claim files, independent adjuster reports, and insured's documents, participating in trial preparation and deposition summaries.
