Duties
- Operate and maintain equipment in compliance with CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) and HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) standards.
- Perform routine inspections and troubleshooting of machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Sanitate work areas and equipment regularly to uphold food safety standards.
- Assist with packaging processes, ensuring products are prepared for distribution.
- Utilize forklifts for material handling within the warehouse environment.
- Collaborate with team members to improve operational efficiency and resolve any issues that arise during production.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory levels.
Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge, particularly in relation to food processing equipment.
- Experience working in a warehouse setting, with familiarity in logistics and inventory management.
- Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices within the food industry.
- Ability to operate forklifts safely and efficiently.
- Knowledge of brewing processes is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
