Project Coordinator

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage project schedules, ensuring all tasks are completed on time
- Assist in the preparation of project bids and proposals
- Collaborate with project managers and team members to ensure smooth project execution
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Conduct research and gather data to support project decision-making
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports
- Assist in the coordination of subcontractors and vendors
- Track project expenses and ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines
- Facilitate communication between different project stakeholders

Requirements:
- 2 years experience in project coordination or related field
- Strong knowledge of project management principles and practices
- Proficiency in project scheduling software such as Primavera or Microsoft Project
- Familiarity with construction estimating software like HeavyBid
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
- Knowledge of construction management software systems
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field (preferred)
- Familiarity with Civil 3D software (preferred)
