Overview
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that products meet established quality standards and specifications. This role is crucial in maintaining the integrity of our production processes and ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality output. The Quality Control Inspector will utilize various tools and techniques to perform inspections, analyze data, and report findings.
Duties
- Conduct thorough inspections of products using a variety of measurement tools, including calipers and coordinate measuring machines.
- Perform data collection and analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement in quality management.
- Utilize vision inspection systems to assess product quality visually.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards such as ISO 13485 and HACCP during the inspection process.
- Maintain detailed records of inspection results, including any non-conformance issues and corrective actions taken.
- Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement solutions.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of quality systems and procedures.
Experience
- Proven experience in a quality assurance or quality control role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with QA/QC processes and methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
- Experience working with quality management systems and standards such as ISO 13485.
- Knowledge of HACCP principles is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating effective communication skills.
