Job Overview
We are seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, from receiving to storage to order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the overall functioning of the warehouse, ensuring efficient processes and maximizing productivity.
Responsibilities
- Supervise warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Implement and maintain inventory management systems
- Coordinate and oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize warehouse efficiency
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to track warehouse performance
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
- Procure necessary supplies and equipment for warehouse operations
- Implement process improvements to enhance operational effectiveness
Qualifications
- Proven experience in warehouse management, including dispatching, transportation management systems, and distribution center operations
- Strong knowledge of freight procurement, demand planning, and production planning
- Demonstrated ability in process improvement and optimizing transportation management
- Excellent leadership skills with a track record of supervising teams effectively

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 per week
