Job: Transaction Coordinator/Personal Assistant
Job Description: High producing Real Estate Agent seeks a full-time transaction coordinator to assist with day-to-day sales transaction tasks. We are a fast paced, full-service real estate brokerage specializing in investment properties, property management, construction and development. Tasks include buyer communication and contact follow-up, contact with property management owners, contract-to-close, database marketing, and various clerical work needed to make our dynamic team successful. We want highly motivated team players with a high level of attention to detail and a positive attitude.
Job Responsibilities Include but not limited to:
Listing agreements
MLS Listings
Sending documents to/from Title Company to sellers/buyers
Answering emails/texts from sales clients
Fielding questions from agents regarding listing or projects
Schedule Inspections
Schedule Photography
Communicates when a sales process needs a management contract
Maintain development spreadsheets tracking sales
Property Management owner communication
Experience in the following a plus but not required:
DocuSign
MLS
Zip Forms
AppFolio
Compensation: Based on experience
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Our office is open 9-5pm Monday through Friday. Work would need to be completed during work hours. Schedule would be based on availability and agreed upon after hiring.
License: Real Estate License Preferred

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
