**Job Description:**

As a Senior Account Executive for Aerospace Clients at Aggregate Strategies LLC, you will be responsible for driving business growth and customer satisfaction in the aerospace industry.

**Key Responsibilities:*

  • Manage established accounts to drive sales growth, retention, and profitability.
  • Negotiate pricing and provide service and contractual support to customers.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to optimize market penetration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate new product development activities with customers.
  • Prepare and present effective sales reports and forecasts to stakeholders.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (BSME, BSEE, or BSAE is preferred).
  • 4 years of outside aerospace technical selling experience.
  • Sales Management experience and working directly with Manufacturers Representatives is desirable.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to work with diverse and global employees.
