Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Pre-Sales Architect. They play a crucial role in developing and delivering innovative technical solutions to potential customers. They are responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, working with partners to generate leads and closed deals, and maintaining customer satisfaction.

The Pre-Sales Architect is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the systems that support the business. They must have experience with a variety of technologies and be able to communicate effectively with both senior managers and team members. As a Pre-Sales Architect, you will need to be able to work on complex projects as well as handle difficult customer relationships.

Job Requirements

Hours: Chicago, IL/Houston TX (Hybrid); 8am-5pm CST

  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.
  • Generate high-impact sales presentations and product demonstrations to highlight the value of our product.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to customers and prospects.
  • Identify, create and propose business solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Develop technical responses and strategy for proposals and pitches.
  • Work closely with other teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Stay updated with product, industry, and market trends.
  • Provide technical training to the sales team and customers.

Skills

  • Proven experience as a Pre-Sales Architect or similar role.
  • Excellent understanding of software, hardware, and network systems.
  • Ability to provide technical and sales support for a specified product line.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with clients.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of market trends, industry participants, and new technologies.
  • BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a relevant field.

Compensation

  • $60-150K OTE based on experience and qualifications

Salary : $60,000 - $150,000
