SUMMARY Agile Defense will support U.S. Southern Command's (USSOUTHCOM) efforts to deter aggression, defeat threats, protect national Security, rapidly respond to crisis situations, and build Area of Responsibility (AOR) Information Technology (IT) capacity. We will deliver direct support in implementing and sustaining mission critical IT networks and robust cyber defense services with compliance to all Cyber Task Orders (CTOs). We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced DoDIN Operations Lead to oversee all aspects of DoDIN operations and joint interoperable communications systems for the SCITES 2 Task Order (TO) in support of USSOUTHCOM. The DoDIN Operations Lead will be responsible for ensuring the readiness and capability of all IT and cyber systems, with a specific focus on ensuring compliance with CSSP, CORA, and Authorization and Assessment (A&A) requirements. This role requires a strategic leader who can deploy advanced, secure, and interoperable IT systems that provide operational advantages to cyber warfighters while maintaining mission-critical operations and compliance.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and manage the entirety of DoDIN operations across the SCITES 2 TO, ensuring the highest level of capability and readiness for all IT and cyber systems, including joint interoperable communications systems.Oversee and ensure compliance with Cyber Security Service Provider (CSSP) requirements, CORA (Cybersecurity Operational Risk Assessment), and Authorization and Assessment (A&A) processes, ensuring all systems meet operational and security standards.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including cybersecurity, IT, and operations experts, to ensure the integration of secure, interoperable IT systems that enhance USSOUTHCOM's operational advantage.Maintain and enhance the operational readiness of the Department of Defense Information Network (DoDIN) and related systems, ensuring the timely deployment of critical technologies for cyberwarfare.Provide expert guidance and leadership in the development and execution of operational plans, ensuring that DoDIN and related systems meet mission-critical requirements for USSOUTHCOM.Work closely with senior leadership and stakeholders to assess operational needs and implement improvements to DoDIN operations and joint communication systems.Ensure the integration of advanced technologies and tools that support seamless interoperability among various cyber systems, ensuring capabilities that support USSOUTHCOM's strategic objectives.Ensure readiness and operational effectiveness of DoDIN components, focusing on maximizing the functionality, performance, and security of all IT infrastructure and cyber defense systems.Manage compliance assessments, audits, and security reviews to ensure all IT and cyber systems meet DoD standards and USSOUTHCOM requirements.SUPERVISORY DUTIES

7 to 10 years of experience in DoDIN operations, IT systems management, cybersecurity, and joint communications systems, with specific experience in DoD and USSOUTHCOM operations.ADDITIONAL SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS Required Skills
Proven expertise in deploying secure, interoperable IT systems and managing DoDIN operations in complex, high-stakes environments.In-depth knowledge of CSSP, CORA, A&A compliance requirements, and their application to operational IT and cyber systems.Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and oversee large, complex projects.Proven experience in managing the readiness and operational capability of cyber and IT systems, with a focus on enhancing cyberwarfare capabilities and operational advantages.Deep understanding of cybersecurity principles, best practices, and technologies, particularly as they relate to DoDIN operations.Ability to develop and execute strategies for securing and optimizing IT systems to meet mission-critical objectives. Preferred SkillsExperience supporting USSOUTHCOM or other combatant commands is highly desirable.Familiarity with DoD cybersecurity policies, standards, and compliance requirements, including the Risk Management Framework (RMF).Experience with advanced cybersecurity systems, tools, and protocols used within DoDIN and joint communication systems.WORKING CONDITIONS Environmental Conditions
