As a key member of our ECIS Team, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership and guidance to ensure the efficient management of our storage infrastructure. Your expertise will enable us to deliver high-quality services to our clients and achieve our mission objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain the overall health of Storage Area Networks.
- Resolve escalated SAN tickets, including administrative activities and weekly reporting.
- Develop and maintain documentation for standard SAN-related incidents and service requests.
- Provide expert guidance on SAN capacity and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience with SAN storage devices.
- In-depth knowledge of iSCSI, CIFS, and NFS protocols.
- Experience with SnapCenter and NetApp.
