SUMMARY

Growth lead responsible for the expansion of our Federal Civilian Business Unit.

The Federal Civilian Growth lead will drive growth across this market.  This includes all growth vectors - recompetes, on program growth and new programs.  The role will lead a group of BD/Capture executives focused on different portions of the market.  This role requires a strong understanding of BD/Pipeline Development, Capture, and support of proposals.  The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success growing Federal Civilian business units.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

·       Drive growth strategy for the Business Unit and underlying accounts

·       Stay abreast of market trends within the customer market

·       Manage team of BD/Capture executives

·       Collaborate with Marketing to drive brand awareness within the customer market

·       Focus on continuous pipeline expansion aligned with growth strategy

·       Leverage Gate Process to qualify, pursue, and close opportunities

·       Work collaboratively with Operations, Functional Support, and CTO to support opportunity qualification

·       Develop and support strategic partnerships with industry leaders, driving innovation and new business opportunities

·       Work with JVs to drive targeted pipeline development within the small business market

·       Ensure that pipeline tool is accurate and reflective of current status of opportunities

SUPERVISORY DUTIES

·       Manage team of 7 BD/Capture focused executives Administer compensation, annual review, and training requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

Education, Background, and Years of Experience

·       Bachelor's Degree with 15 years of experience

·       Background in supporting the Federal Civilian Market

·       Strong understanding of Digital Transformation, Cyber, and Data/AI capabilities

Environmental Conditions

·       Hybrid work from home and in office role with up to 10% travel.
