REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- Requires minimum 5 years progressively responsible experience in recruiting, sourcing, hiring, compensation administration and regulatory compliance gained in a dynamic, changing business environment in excess of degree requirements.
- Requires experience partnering directly with hiring managers.
- Minimum of 3 years Corporate Recruiting Experience is required.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Must be in Austin area.
EDUCATION
- Bachelor's Degree: Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Required).
- or a combination of education and experience that provides equivalent knowledge to a major in such fields is required.
