What are the responsibilities and job description for the Key Account Sales Executive position at Agile Premier?
A growing staffing company under the Wegman Capital umbrella is seeking a results-driven, enthusiastic Sales Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for procuring new clients by contacting hiring managers and human resource professionals and cultivating your existing book of business.
This is a sales role so if you are afraid of the phones and are scared of rejection, this role is not for you.
Skills and Experience required:
- Experience making outbound calls and sending compelling emails to potential clients
- Experience managing a sales pipeline and pushing clients through the sales process
- Possess lead generation and networking skills.
- The ability to establish rapport, build relationships and identify business opportunities with clients.
- The ability to work on one’s own direction and as part of a team.
- Possess a professional telephone manner and be an excellent communicator.
- Energetic, enthusiastic, competitive and willing to learn with our training, and mentoring, program.
- Ability to set appointments and Teams calls with existing and potential clients.
- Have an existing book of business in any specialization (doesn’t have to be IT)
- Proven track record of success
Qualifications:
- 2 years of staffing recruiting industry sales experience
- Existing book of business
