Responsibilities:
- Design and optimize complex systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Develop and implement design solutions for hardware components and sub-systems.
- Conduct thorough technical reviews and manage trade-off discussions.
- Test and validate prototypes to identify design flaws.
- Ensure compliance with design guidelines and industry standards.
- Facilitate hardware procurement and supplier selection.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Aerospace Engineering (Master's preferred).
- 10-15 years of engineering experience with a focus on complex systems for the Senior level.
- 5-10 years of engineering experience with a focus on complex systems for the Advanced level.
- Experience in automotive, aerospace, or medical device industries preferred.
- Expertise in Siemens NX 3D CAD tools and ASME Y14.5 GD&T.
- Proficiency with fluid/thermal systems design and FEA toolsets like ANSYS.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
