Job title: Account Executive - Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) Clients
Location: Alpharetta, GA.
Client: Epic Greyling
Industry: leading commercial insurance company
Duration: perm
Establish a team to lead due diligence efforts for clients pursuing acquisitions. Activities will include:
Establish multiple levels of scope for M&A due diligence efforts. Each level will require a corresponding scope of work, fee levels, report templates and schedule.
Develop a team focused on working with the broker teams to deliver due diligence efforts.
Develop a marketing strategy and pursue Private Equity companies investing in the AEC space.
Provide this service to other EPIC teams operating in the AEC space.
Serve as a client executive with select clients.
Participate as a member of the Risk Management team supporting all efforts undertaken by the team including:
Prepare and deliver risk management services and training to clients firms.
Participate in contract review services.
Participate in claims support for existing clients.
Participate In Marketing Efforts Including
Develop thought leadership materials.
Participate in Webinars and other speaking engagements.
Participate business development and pursuit of new clients.
Requirements
Graduate Degree in applicable field. Law Degree is highly desirable.
10 years working experience
Knowledge of the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry
Ability and Interest to learn broking within a Specialist Brokerage environment.
Ability and Interest to serve in a Producer capacity after developing broking skills.
