Job Title : Quoting Specialist

Job Description :
Analyze customer inquiries, technical drawings, and specifications related to A&D heat exchangers to develop detailed and accurate quotes.
Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and sales teams to gather necessary data, including material costs, labor estimates, and production timelines.
Prepare and present comprehensive quotations, ensuring alignment with customer needs and company pricing policies.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, materials, and manufacturing processes specific to heat exchanger products for aerospace and defense applications.
Respond to customer follow-up questions and revise quotes as needed to secure orders.
Utilize ERP / CRM systems to track quote status, document customer interactions, and generate reports as required.
Ensure all quotes meet quality, compliance, and regulatory requirements for the A&D sector.
Assist in identifying opportunities for cost optimization and value-added solutions during the quoting process.
Requirement :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2 years of experience in a quoting, sales support, or technical customer service role, preferably in manufacturing or thermal management industries.
Familiarity with aerospace and defense industry standards and requirements is a plus.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and Bills of Materials (BOMs).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with ERP / CRM software (e.g., Oracle, Salesforce, or similar).
Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple quotes and deadlines simultaneously.
Team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration.
Preferred Skills :
Knowledge of heat exchanger design, materials, and manufacturing processes.
Experience working with A&D clients or within a regulated industry.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
