Job Description
To support our customers' success with Agilent LCMS hardware and software we are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our Professional Services consulting team. You will join a professional team of Field Application Engineers who support customers in the United States and Canada. You will be responsible for educating customers on the entire Agilent portfolio of LCMS hardware and software and help them develop solutions to their specific application and analytical needs.
- Your role is to provide our customers post sales technical and application support on Agilent's LCMS (single quad and QQQ) software and hardware products.
- Delivery of customized consulting and application support both remotely and at customer sites. Overnight travel is required 75% time.
- Interfacing with customers to answer questions and provide training using Agilent LCMS products.
- Contributing to the effective and expedient resolution of customer problems
- Providing information to our Customer Service Organization that facilitates the transfer of knowledge and broadens organizational insight and awareness.
- Leads the design / delivery of integrated multiple technologies solutions; is the key contributor of technical expertise and business / industry knowledge
- Mentoring peers, colleagues and partners to drive workflow and application expertise.
- Understanding the needs of customers working in regulated environments
- Solves complex, high impact system / application engineering services problems.
Geographic Location
This role is open to candidates anywhere in the US who live near a major metropolitan airport. Must be willing to overnight travel by plane to anywhere in the US and Canada (minimum 75% of the time).

This job has a full time weekly schedule. It includes the option to work remotely. Applications for this job will be accepted until at least January 7, 2025 or until the job is no longer posted. In the US, this position is eligible for reimbursement for personal vehicle usage.
The full-time equivalent pay range for this position is $103,200.00 - $161,250.00 / yr plus eligibility for bonus, stock and benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
