POSITION SUMMARY
The Operations Manager is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing two critical functions within Agility Insurance Services : project coordination and lead management. This position manages both the Project Coordinator—who facilitates cross-functional initiatives—and the Leads Coordinator—who administers lead distribution and tracking for the Sales and Marketing teams. Reporting to senior leadership, the Operations Manager ensures that projects, leads, and related processes are executed efficiently and align with the company’s strategic objectives.

Team Leadership & Development
- Directly supervise the Project Coordinator and Leads Coordinator, setting clear performance objectives and providing regular feedback.
- Conduct one-on-one meetings and team sessions to support professional growth and to maintain alignment with departmental and organizational goals.
