What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quality Engineer position at Agility Partners?
In this role you will be:
- Gathering requirements from stakeholders and documenting them in a clear and concise manner.
- Analyzing business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Creating, executing and maintaining test plans, test cases, and test scripts (manual and automation/ATF) to ensure the quality and functionality of software applications.
- Identifying and managing defects and issues, reporting them in a clear and concise manner, and working with the development team to resolve them.
- Providing support for end-users during the testing and deployment phases of software applications.
- Creating and maintaining documentation related to Business Analysis and User Acceptance Testing processes and procedures.
The ideal candidate:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
- Experience creating and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts manual and Automation/ATF to ensure the quality and functionality of software applications.
- Experience with ServiceNow and cross-functional diagrams.
- Experience working with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Salary : $40 - $45
