Job Summary :

Agility Technologies Inc. ("Agility") is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Solution Architect with experience in Education Cloud to support a Defense Agency in maintaining and enhancing their Student Information System (SIS). This role requires deep expertise in Salesforce's Educational Data Architecture (EDA) and experience working within secure cloud environments, particularly within DoD and AWS GovCloud Plus IL4.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide ongoing production support and sustainment services for the existing SIS platform, ensuring the system operates efficiently and meets the needs of the agency.
• Lead efforts to develop and deploy additional SIS capabilities and business support features within the agency's Salesforce environment over the next two years.
• Manage and optimize Salesforce Orgs, custom objects, Apex triggers, and other Salesforce components. Ensure the system is configured to support the agency's academic and operational needs.
• Provide support and expertise in the integration and administration of DocuSign within the Salesforce environment, ensuring seamless document management processes.
• Oversee release and deployment management processes using Azure DevOps, ensuring smooth and secure deployments of system updates and new features.
• Manage Tiers 2 and 3 support for end-user issues, troubleshooting, and resolving complex problems within the Salesforce and DocuSign environments.
• Ensure compliance with security protocols, particularly within the AWS GovCloud Plus IL4 environment, to protect sensitive academic and operational data.
• Work closely with the agency’s IT and academic teams to understand their requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions. Provide guidance and best practices for utilizing Salesforce's CRM / ERP capabilities.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of system architecture, configurations, and procedures. Provide training to end users and support staff as needed.
