Key Responsibilities
- Assist with practice onboarding and tracking of deliverables.
- Obtain access for providers, data needs, research data issues, and work with enterprise and local data teams.
- Track all physicians joining primary care teams.
- Support Risk Adjustment Manager on projects as needed.
- Email or phone support surrounding Risk Adjustment for practices.
- Perform data entry, report generation, and tracking of metrics as requested.
