Agilon Health is seeking a highly motivated and organized Program Coordinator to support the Manager of Risk Adjustment in the operations of Risk Adjustment programs.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting with practice onboarding and tracking deliverables, supporting data needs, researching data issues, and collaborating with enterprise and local data teams.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with practice onboarding and tracking deliverables.
- Supporting data needs, researching data issues, and collaborating with enterprise and local data teams.
- Tracking physicians joining primary care teams.
- Collaborating with Risk Adjustment Manager on projects as needed.
Additionally, you will provide excellent customer service skills, including listening attentively and speaking professionally.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service and/or office support.
- Preferred experience in healthcare operations or managed care products.
Education:
- Associates Degree, Bachelor's degree; or equivalent work experience required.
