We help clients with a variety of estate planning and other elder law matters, including Medicaid planning, asset protection and estate administration. We are seeking a social worker to join our team of Elder Care Coordinators.

Our Elder Care Coordinators are social workers with geriatric experience who specializes in assisting older people and their families to attain the highest quality of life given their circumstances, and essentially helps the family with non -legal aspects of their situation and care needs.
An Elder Care Coordinator :
We're searching for someone who has 3-5 years' experience as a social worker specializing in geriatrics. Our ideal candidate has a strong sense of care and compassion for others, has exceptional phone skills, is professional in actions, speech and dress, and lives locally.
This position calls for approximately 40 hours per week but does not require frequent nights and weekends, though there may be occasions when a night or weekend visit may be needed to service the client and family.
