Duties
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings.
- Take accurate orders using the Toast POS system and ensure timely delivery of food and drinks.
- Handle cash transactions.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns promptly.
- Adhere to food safety standards and hygiene practices at all times.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
Skills
- Proficiency in using Toast POS is preferred.
- Strong understanding of fine dining etiquette and guest services.
- Experience with cash handling and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the food industry.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced nightclub or restaurant environment while maintaining professionalism.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage positively with guests and team members alike.
- Previous experience in food service is a must.
