Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager to lead our team in driving business growth, profitability, and exceptional customer service. As a key member of our management team, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the branch operations, from sales and customer engagement to staff development and process improvement.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the branch, including sales, customer service, and operations.
- Implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets, increase profitability, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Lead and manage a team of inside sales professionals and drivers providing coaching, mentoring, and guidance to ensure high performance.
- Assist outside sales professionals in all facets including but not limited to preparing quotes, providing customer follow-up and gathering sales leads.
-Manage and oversee inventory, maintain stockroom and showroom appearance.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Collaborate with other managers and departments to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Manage the branch budget, ensuring that expenses are controlled and profitability is maintained.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting a culture of teamwork and continuous learning.
-Oversee the maintenance of the building, grounds and equipment.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and the local community.
- Monitor and report on branch performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Manage work hours and approve overtime in timekeeping system.
- Handle high-pressure and liquid cylinders.
