We are seeking a skilled Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team and play a crucial role in maintaining the upkeep of our 100-unit property.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general maintenance, repairs, and customer service. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by ensuring our residents have a safe and comfortable living environment.
Responsibilities :
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing plumbing, electrical systems, appliances, HVAC units, and other mechanical equipment.
- Conduct inspections of units to identify maintenance issues and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Respond promptly and efficiently to maintenance requests from residents and property management.
- Complete work orders in a timely manner and document all maintenance activities accurately.
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment necessary for maintenance tasks.
- Keep common areas and grounds clean and well-maintained.
- Assist with unit turnovers, including painting, cleaning, and other necessary repairs.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and fair housing regulations.
