Job Title : Manager, Talent Acquisition
Job Summary :
The Manager, Talent Acquisition will lead and manage a team of talent acquisition professionals, playing a key role in building scalable recruiting processes and delivering top-tier candidates to meet our business goals. This person will be a corporate leader with a startup mindset-ready to roll up their sleeves and build something exceptional. Key Responsibilities :
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of recruiters, fostering a high-performing, collaborative, and supportive work environment.
- Build and implement scalable recruiting processes that balance efficiency with a personalized candidate experience.
- Set clear goals, monitor performance, and provide regular coaching and feedback to ensure team success.
- Recognize and celebrate individual and team achievements to maintain morale and motivation.
- Act as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders, collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand their business needs and talent priorities.
Recruitment Strategy & Execution
Research, identify, and engage top talent using innovative sourcing strategies, including cold-calling, networking, deep internet sourcing, and mining.Apply creative sourcing techniques across social media platforms, professional networks, and job boards (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, eFinancial Careers, Workday, Handshake).Build and nurture talent pipelines of passive candidates by leveraging business insights to consult and present tailored candidate slates to hiring managers.Develop in-depth knowledge of the business, industry trends, and job functions to drive targeted and informed recruitment efforts.Serve as a subject matter expert, consulting with internal and external clients on advanced recruitment strategies, hiring trends, and market conditions.Process Improvement & Innovation
Continuously improve recruitment processes, tools, and technology to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.Leverage data-driven insights to track key metrics, analyze recruiting performance, and adjust strategies to achieve goals.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of talent acquisition strategies with broader organizational objectives.Required Qualifications :
5 years of experience in talent acquisition, including 2 years in a leadership or management role.Proven experience managing a high-performing recruitment team with a focus on building process, fostering collaboration, and driving results.Strong people management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire, coach, and develop talent.Demonstrated success in building innovative sourcing strategies and talent pipelines.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to partner effectively across all levels of an organization.Critical thinker and solution provider with a passion for problem-solving and process improvement.Strong business acumen and ability to quickly grasp industry and market trends.Experience working in both corporate environments and startup-like, fast-paced settings.Why Join Us?
