What You'll Do: As our Ag Lending Relationship Manager, you'll:
- Collaborate with participating retailers to develop innovative in-house programs, products, and services.
- Train and educate retailer employees to maximize their potential.
- Work directly with producers to enhance the efficiency and value of AgQuest’s financial offerings.
- Develop and execute a sales and marketing plan to meet ambitious goals.
- Provide critical credit and financial support, contributing to new product development and monitoring loan customers throughout the crop year.
What We're Looking For:
- A four-year degree in a related field.
- 5 years of experience delivering financial products and services, with a deep understanding of agriculture and the needs of today’s producers.
- Strong computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Finpack).
- A valid driver’s license and an insurable vehicle record.
