AGR Group Nevada is a fast paced, growing call center looking for a reliable and energetic front office assistant with excellent communication skills and outstanding customer service to join our HR team!
The ideal candidate would exemplify customer service and have at least 1 year of Front Desk experience. As a front office assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our company and will also support our HR sourcing and recruiting team.
Responsibilities
- Set interviews with applicants who have reached out with an interest in joining our organization.
- Greet and welcome clients and applicants as soon as they arrive at the office
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing and photocopying
- Work with HR Generalist during new hire onboarding.
