What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quality Auditor II: 3rd Shift position at AGR Hourly Careers at NSG Group?
- Develop and write Standard Methods
- Defect reduction - Identify system issues (or potential issues) to prevent defective product
- Determine root cause using A3, FTA, 5 Why
- Within a Cross Functional Team, develop effective countermeasures
- Countermeasure verification audits
- LPAs
- Audit SM for correctness
- Audit PFMEA to QC to SM to check sheets to identify gaps
- Close the gaps found between PFMEA, QC, SM and check sheets
- Audit the process check sheets for out of spec conditions and countermeasure verification
- Verify process and product validation, after a 4M event, was completed
- Audit attribute data to see if it should be variable
- Other duties as assigned
- Facilitate meetings between various functions including Manufacturing Operations, Production Control, Quality Engineering, Material group, etc. to arrive at dispositions that impact PVI activities
- Train, lead, support, and develop all team members to meet the overall vision of NSG
- Ensure that an effective communication system is in place through all levels of the process to communicate any issues or requirement
