Qualifications:
- SolidWorks (Required)
- AutoCAD (Preferred)
- Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; Associate degree from 2 year Technical College; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Essential Functions:
- Works with Project Engineers and Project Management to develop drawings and documents per AGRA Industries specifications and projects scope.
- Creates approval drawings, shop drawings and field drawings per project scope.
- Completely fills out control sheets after each design along with completed drawings when needed.
- Ensures that serial number sheet is completed before product is delivered when needed.
- Fills out purchase order requisitions when needed.
- Creates resource in SyteLine and put on control sheet when control sheet is released to the shop when needed.
- Makes revisions to drawings as directed by Engineering or Project Management and follow through with AGRA Industries revision policy.
- Evaluates design concepts and makes recommendations for possible improvement.
- Takes ownership of assignments to ensure accuracy and completeness of drawings and documents per AGRA Industries specifications and quality standards.
- Works to develop and maintain a positive attitude in the work environment.
- Designs incorporate “design for manufacturability” concepts to ensure cost efficiency.
