Job Overview
Agrana Fruit, a global leader in delivering healthy and delicious food solutions, is seeking an experienced Production Scheduler. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and coordinating the production schedule, working closely with Corporate Supply Chain to ensure efficient material procurement and inventory management.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Review orders and production on a daily basis to adjust the schedule as needed.
* Create Work Order Packets & Distribute to production team.
* Conduct daily checks of raw material and fruit levels.
* Collect dump reports and adjust raw material inventory accordingly.
* Coordinate physical inventories and required daily cycle counts checks.
* Work with NPD in setting up trials and stamping production documents.
* Collaborate with Quality to ensure product put on hold and rework does not impact the schedule.
* Monitor schedule attainment and other performance indicators.
* Identify opportunities to improve the scheduling process for both production schedule and raw materials.
* Provide requested information and reports on schedule to Supply Chain Manager, Plant Manager, and others as required.
Requirements:
* Associate degree in Accounting, Business or applicable field required.
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business or applicable field preferred.
* 3-5 years' experience in Scheduling, Planning, Capacity Planning.
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
